The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification and provide a signature proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Shipping Lead Times
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship and another 5 business days for transit once shipped. Holiday exceptions apply. 

Returns Policy

All sales on wine are final. Damaged or lost packages are handled by Vinoshipper. Please refer to the the returns verbiage laid out by Vinoshipper in your confirmation and tracking emails. All sales on merch are final. For lost or damaged packages, please reach out to us using our contact form and we will help to the best of our ability.

Damages and issues
All packages are shipped safe and securely. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Lost Packages
Please know your correct address and review it thoroughly before confirming your purchase. We use automated shipping software to insure that whatever address you enter is where your package will be delivered. In the event that you incorrectly enter your address, Ivy House Wines reserves the right to refuse a refund or reshipment of your order. By purchasing from this website you are agreeing to these terms and waive all rights to report such failed shipments as fraudulent or responsibility of the shipper. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will be provided a shipping confirmation email and tracking code. Issues can only be handled by contacting the courier directly. It is your responsibility to provide a correct mailing address where your items can be safely delivered. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the courier confirms them as being delivered. These claims must be taken up with the courier and/or local law enforcement.
